All come fully equipped with domestic essentials, as well as safety and navigational equipment. With Gulf Charters Thailand you can be confident that we realise how important the personal touch is. Our friendly and professional staff works hard to achieve the highest standards of customer service. On arrival at Ocean Marina a friendly skipper will provide a technical brief on your yacht and cruising area and help you plan your itinerary. We can provision your yacht in advance and help is just a VHF or phone call away at any time. Whilst we will always try to help on location, you should be confident in your ability to sail your yacht on your own for the duration of your charter. Throughout the cruise You remain responsible for the safe operation of your yacht and tender.
No matter what your cruising experience may be, Gulf Charters Thailand can provide you and your group with a memorable sailing vacation in Thailand and Asia. Captains are available for hire by the day or for the duration of your charter. You may like to take advantage of our Cruise & Learn program — you charter a yacht and for a daily fee and our captain/instructor will teach you what you need to know to skipper your own vessel next time.
Please keep in mind that bareboating is a hands-on vacation. We expect our
bareboat skippers to be seasoned boaters who will: inspect the rigging and engine room, check fluids, station a watch or put out a second anchor if conditions warrant it, and understand the use of the equipment and systems. In short, bareboating may involve getting your hands dirty. Please understand that if you are unwilling to perform the duties of “master of the vessel”, you will need a captain for your sailing vacation.
