Charter prices are for bareboat charter only and are in Euros for one week. One charter week is from 16.00 on first day to 09.00 on eighth day

A booking a deposit of 25% is required to confirm the booking.

The balance of 75% is due 30 days before the charter.

If the charter is less than 30 days from the booking then 100% of the cost is due.

Discounts

Repeat customer

Customers who have booked similar cost charters in the past 48 months are entitled to a 5% discount on the published rate.

Early Bookings

Customers who book at least 6 months prior to the charter date are entitled to a 5% discount on the charter rate,. Booking date is the date upon which the deposit is received.

Long charter

Should the customer book more than two weeks of continuous charter then there will be a discount of 5% on the balance of the charter following the two weeks.

Multiple discounts

Customers complying with more than one discount shall be credited with all the available discounts.

Booking procedure

Following the payment of the deposit the customer will be sent a Client Information form to be completed and returned which contains all the information needed for the charter contract. When all the information is received the contract will be sent by email for approval.

Cancellation terms Policy

Cancellation by the customer before the second payment results in the loss of the deposit. Cancellation after the second payment is made results in loss of the whole payment.

Gulf charters encourages customers to take out insurance to cover these payments in the event of injury or illness preventing travel.

If the customer rebooks the same charter in the 6 months following the booking then the 75% portion lost will be applied to the new charter cost.

Payment method

Payment is accepted in cash in Euros, US Dollar, British Pound or Thai Baht at the rate of the day. Paypal payment on a credit card in US Dollars at the rate of the Euro to the US dollar of the day. Telegraphic transfer to our bank in Thailand which will appear on our account in Thai Baht. The customer is credited with the Euros this represents at the rate of the day. The customer is responsible for all bank charges and transfer fees.

By credit card (Master Card and Visa) in person on the Gulf Charters office in Pattaya.

Additional Costs

Provisions

If GCT is providing provision shopping service then the customer will pay for the cost of the provisions as per the list provided at the time of the charter in Thai Baht cash.

Other services

Should the customer wish to purchase additional services booked prior to 30 days before charter e.g. crew, Kayak, fishing gear, hotel bookings, transfers to the boat, scuba dives, etc. when the cost is fixed and known then the cost will quoted to the customer and added to the final payment.

Fuel

The boat will be supplied full of fuel and filled again on return. The customer is responsible for the cost of the fuel load on return.
